Joseph Raczynski:

DC-WiFi was established in concept by Joseph Raczynski in 2002. The goal is to serve the public, assisting people in finding easy wireless Internet access and secondly educating them about the importance Wi-Fi security.

Prior to DC-WiFi, Mr. Raczynski founded wapUcom, LLP in 1999 to provide digital solutions for small to medium size companies. His varying experience is centered on technology, e-Commerce, project management and capitalization.

Previously Joseph was employed at CoStar Group, Inc., one of the fastest growing technology companies in the metropolitan Washington DC area. In two and a half years at CoStar he served several successive roles finishing as a project manager for the New York – New England region. In this role he managed several teams of researchers, developers, and sales personnel for the publicly traded Internet company.

Before joining CoStar, he spent a year in Mexico teaching. Joseph has been involved in various technology and the Internet since 1987. He has his MS in e-Commerce and is currently pursuing an MBA. He graduated from Providence College with a BA in Economics and a BA in Sociology.
